Alexander T. Rozett
Alex concentrates his practice in construction law and general commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Alex was a paralegal at Hughes Hubbard & Reed in New York, NY and interned during law school with the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of North Carolina and the Missouri State Public Defender for St. Louis County. He has also interned in the financial services industry with Enhanced Capital Partners, LLC and Advantage Capital Partners, LLC, concentrating in venture capital and private equity.
Alex received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard University in 2005 and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis in 2011. During law school he served as a staff editor for the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. Alex also received a Master of Business Administration, Beta Gamma Sigma, from Washington University in St. Louis in 2011 and served as a teaching assistant in Managerial Economics and Competitive Industry Analysis.
He is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
